Middlesex University is a teaching and research facility located in North London on the boarder of the county of Middlesex, England. North London is a busy multicultural area providing transport links to London and surrounding areas.

The university houses over twenty thousand students and offers full and part time undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses. There are a wide range of courses on offer, ranging from Accounting and Finance to Vetinary Nursing.
In addition to the three campuses located in the UK the university has sites in Dubai and Mauritius where students can apply to study for part of their course.
Student accommodation is in the form of halls of residents which are located on each campus. Students are allocated rooms on the same campus at which they are studying. Priority is given to first year students who choose the university as their first choice. The accommodation offers the student a choice of a bedroom, shared kitchen and bathroom or en suite rooms.
The university offers its students a wide range of support.
Student’s Office assists students with academic, administrative, general enquiries and support relating to welfare issues.
Learning Resources Centre provides students with an initial introduction to the university’s facilities and services. It also provides a ‘drop in’ and online enquiry service during the academic year.
Learner Development Unit provides individual sessions, workshops and courses to assist students with mathematics, language and writing development.
Counselling Service employs professional counsellors to provide individual sessions, groups and workshops to assist the student with personal practical or emotional problems.
Student Welfare and International Resources Lounge provide an independent service offering advice on all problems encountered by the student.
Disability Support Service offers support on all areas affecting the disabled student.
Childcare The university has full time nurseries at their Hendon and Trent Park campuses plus there is a half term play scheme at the Trent Park campus.
Support for International Students provides assistance in respect to matters such as visas. The service also offers to collect students from the airport and organises a three day orientation programme at the beginning of the first term.
Financial Support Service provides drop in and individual sessions to assist students in all matters relating to finance.
Tent Park campus is located in North London in a large country park. It is the home to students studying Performing Arts, Humanities, Teacher’s Education, Product Design, Engineering, Television Production and Biological Science.
The campus is quite isolated from the main Enfield shopping area but the university provides a free shuttle bus to and from the campus to Oakwood tube station. The students can then walk or catch a bus to Enfield.
Located in the campus is the student’s union, sports ground, cafes, book stores, cash point, library, language centre and audio visual facilities.
Hendon is the university’s main site in North London. Hendon is a busy multicultural area that has very good transport links to London. Hendon offers a busy shopping area, pub, clubs, cafes, restaurants, sports and leisure facilities.
The campus houses students who are studying Business, Engineering, Information Services, Health, Social Sciences, Art and Design and Media
Situated on the campus itself is a library, modern teaching facilities, study areas, students union, fitness centre, child care facilities, cafe, a ‘student room’ containing a chill area, pool tables and plasma screens.
Archway campus is located in Highgate Hill which is a multicultural area with shops, sports, leisure facilities and transport links to London and surrounding areas.
The Archway campus is the home to courses relating to healthcare and is conveniently situated close to several hospitals, offering the student academic and practical experiences during their course.
Situated on the campus is the Clinical Centre of Herbal Medicine, library, stimulated hospital wards and human performance lab.
The Archway campus is not far from the Hendon site and therefore leisure facilities are shared. However the Archway campus provides accommodation, learning resource centre, students union, café shop and bar.
This campus is located in the Knowledge Village which provides lecture halls, English language centre, computer rooms, library, and student rooms. Student accommodation is available and is located near to the teaching facilities.
Located in Vacoas the newly developed campus provides teaching and study areas, accommodation, cafes, restaurants and social facilities.
The university arranges open days to enable students to talk with staff and look around the campuses.
