Is Hitler over Emphasized and the Holocaust under Emphasized in Schools – Yes

In any good story you have the good guys and the bad guys. It is important to know who the good guys are and who the bad guys are. The story revolves around the characters and takes second place to the characters. In any drama you must have a really bad guy as the focus of evil. The storyline is not so important. What is important is that the good guys win in the end. Once again good triumphs over evil and the world is a better place because of it.

You cant deny that world war two is not a good story . Any drama book written about it will be quick to point out the that the events as portrayed in the book are based on facts . Who better to play the role of the arch villein of all evil than Hitler himself. Fortunately Hitler is dead but a lot of people today still clamor to play his role whether in any drama book or in the real world. World War two has enough facts to fill thousands of drama books. Apart from Hitler there were thousands and thousands of lessor men of evil.

People are fascinated by evil people . Evil people die but it seems their evil lives on . Just when you think you have read about the most vile man that ever lived on earth you come across Hitler . He surpasses everyone else for evil. You can ask any man in the street to mention the most evil man in history. Without a doubt Hitler would be close to the top ,if not at the top of the list.

Just supposing you were auditioning to play the part of Hitler in a school drama and knew nothing of the man. Naturally you would do research on the man’s character and would not be overly concerned with much else in the drama. You could say that you needed to pay more attention to the man rather than the evil deeds he performed. More emphasis would be placed on Hitler as a person rather than the Holocaust as a result of his rise to power.

It is only when you read the entire play do you get some understanding of the drama of world war two. You well may wonder how one man could be responsible for so much evil and then go on to cause even more evil with the Holocaust.

If you are to understand the effects of evil you must first understand the cause.
